This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled for our software platforms and services.
1. Software Products and Licenses
Once a software license, activation key, or user access has been issued, no refunds will be processed.
Refunds are applicable only in cases of duplicate payment, failed transaction, or non-delivery of product access due to a verified technical issue.
If a software product fails to perform as described due to a verified system or configuration error on our end, a partial refund or service credit may be offered after internal review.
2. Subscription Services
Subscriptions (monthly, quarterly, or annual) can be canceled anytime before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
Once a billing period has started, no refunds will be issued for that ongoing cycle.
Upon cancellation, users will continue to have access to the service until the end of the paid term.
Automatic renewals can be disabled from the user’s account settings or by contacting our support team in advance.
3. Custom Software Development / Integration Services
For customized software, integration, or development services, refunds depend on the stage of project completion.
Once development work or implementation has commenced, refunds are not permitted for completed milestones or delivered modules.
If a project is canceled before initiation, the advance payment (after deducting administrative or setup costs) may be refunded.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
